MUHAMMAD KHAN versus SETTLEMENT COMMISSIONER
The provisions of sections 10 and 11 of the Homeless Persons (Land Settlement) Act, 1958 (1973), Article 199 were allotted underground in their capacity as refugees coming from Jammu and Kashmir for the purposes of rehabilitation. I was sold to them. They were in possession of the land without resorting to the land or issuing an order, keeping in mind the orders of the matter; no order was being called by any of the standard authorities to re-search such land. Did not address myself to do or search. Under the law which commenced proceedings under it and approved in response to the question, such order could not be retained without jurisdiction and it was terminated.
