After I came to bid the land was later approved by the applicants under the Islamabad Oasis Scheme, after which all the following courts, including the High Court, were not suitable as the Gore Moor Food Scheme was allotted to the defendants. The land was never included in the schedule of Islamabad OCT scheme allotment. Thus, the applicant had such a land.
