MUHAMMAD RAFIQ versus HASHMAT ALI
Section 10 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Gore More Food Scheme Islamabad Oasis Scheme Land was allotted to the respondent under the Guru Mour Food Scheme on 14 12 1956 and its occupation in 8 4 1957. After I came to bid the land was later approved by the applicants under the Islamabad Oasis Scheme, after which all the following courts, including the High Court, were not suitable as the Gore Moor Food Scheme was allotted to the defendants. The land was never included in the schedule of Islamabad OCT scheme allotment. Thus, the applicant had such a land. The High Court upheld the decision of the courts as invalid under the court, in which no interference was demanded.
