Sindh Local Government Ordinance 1979 Sections 57, 57 and 58 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Municipal Council Spotification, without any inquiry and its chairman, before approving the suspension order from the applicant's government. The objection to the invitations to be issued before the issuance of notification of the provisions of Sec & 6 and of 58 of the Sindh Local Government Ordinance, 1979, and of the Municipal Council, of the Sindh Local Government Ordinance, 1979. Approved without complying with the required provisions. Declaration of approval was granted with no legal authority and applicants were declared without legal effect The chairman of the local council and defendant was barred from interfering in local council affairs
