QAUM BANGASH versus QAUM TURI
The leave to appeal the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Arts 199 and 185 (3) Frontier Crimes Regulations (III of 1901), section 2 (c) allowed the dispute to extend the jurisdiction of the High Court to the tribal areas; That the High Court was in error in not hearing the petitioners and that the Commissioner had no jurisdiction to withdraw the revision from the Additional Commissioner's file before which this amendment was filed and to decide for himself. That he had no jurisdiction to hear and decide. This is stated in the notification dated December 21, 1966, under Section 2 (c), Frontier Crimes Regulations.
