In the Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) Section 154 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 applicants were charged with criminal offenses, misconduct and harassment against the defendants. Section HA resorted to investigations before the case was registered and was denied contact. Applicants for registration of the case did not contradict the allegations leveled against them in the writ petition by filing a written statement.
