Had already left Pakistan and was in Kuwait under Section 87 and 88, action was taken against the applicant on the PC, which resulted in the encroachment of his immovable property, followed by the applicant court. The applicant was instructed to reinstate the situation with the immovable property not allowed to avoid the execution of the warrant.
