Thus benefited, exploited and irrational opinion could not be given priority over direct statement of facts, sentence was changed to section 302/109, PPC was sentenced to 14 years imprisonment. \ RI was given by the Commissioner and maintained by the High Court on one side and the Deputy Commissioner was reinstated for 4 years.
