The applicants had received more money from their allotment of landlessness (Land Settlement) Act, 1958, Articles 1A, 10 and 11 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3). It was also allotted to Mukhtar the right to buy the land that was stripped of it; the High Court rightly rejected it in view of the fact that Mukhtar had a legal right to acquire the land. Which in turn was withdrawn from the applicant. Refused to appeal the information submitted by Mukhtar
