FATAL KARIM versus AMANULLAH KHAN
In the payment of Section 17 rent of the Cantonment Rent Restriction Act 1963, the Controller ordered the tenant to submit to the monthly rent court before the 5th of each month, on the removal of the tenant for default. The tenant had failed to pay a month's rent on a speedy date but the tenant claimed it. According to his order, the tenant was not able to control the rent, instead of taking action against the tenant, and so on the evidence of defending his defense, he waited for the case to be ready and then to control the rent. The person did not give a decision. As regards the default charge in paying rent, as the landlord has requested his removal by the lender, he has neither made any reasonable finding in the case of default in collecting rent. A remand of the case has been received in connection with the allegation of failure to pay the rent
