Muslim Family Law Ordinance 1961 Muslim Family Law Ordinance (VIII of 1961) Section 9 Wife Rehabilitation Arbitration was not signed by representatives of the parties issued by the Arbitration Council who had given an oath to support the wife's claim for rehabilitation. At the arbitration council, the parties were asked to nominate their representatives what they had done and not only the council's claim for their reinstatement but also in support of it, the representatives of the parties gave the oaths. In addition to the signing of the certificate, the arbitration council's decision to allow the care of the wife by filing an affidavit supporting the rehabilitation by representatives of the parties regarding the certificate.
