MUHAMMAD ANWAR KHAN versus PROVINCE OF PUNJAB
High Courts (Establishment) Order 1970 Article 3 Constitution of Pakistan (1973) Article 199 Constitutional petitions transferred from the Rawalpindi Bench to the Principal seat of the High Court in Lahore, any constituency contained within the constitutional petition with constitutional petitions pending on the principal seat. Transfer not attempted. Attempts were made to move the Constitutional requests internationally, they had no common points. It was said that the only point was raised for the transfer of constitutional petitions was that the rules and regulations contained in all constitutional petitions were the same. There were conflicts, namely the lack of nexus and the common point between requests. Prayer for transfer of signature requests to Rawalpindi Bench to Lahore
