Could not provide any evidence to withhold revenue. Rather, it took the case on the merit that the jurisdiction of the jurisdiction was not raised by the applicants before the competent authorities under the law; it could not be allowed to rise in the constitutional jurisdiction when the dispute between the parties was finally made.
