Section 17 (4) (b) of the Cantonment Rent Restriction Act, 1963, for personal necessity, the landlord, in his cross-examination, filed for eviction against the tenant, acknowledging in his cross-examination that he had another shop in which he operated his business. I am presenting to the landlord in my proof that even a word is not specified for the business to require dispute space. In the dispute the personal need of the landlord is unnecessary.
