Section 2302 / Constitution 34 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) The petition for leave of appeal against the death sentence passed against the accused Supreme Court has been changed in the petition for leave to appeal and the order of the President of Pakistan. In view of the general amnesty orders issued by the accused, the accused has been sentenced to death along with the observation of life imprisonment under which the general amnesty order has been designated; the applicants will be free to recover their petitions.
