Article 302 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Sentencing, the accused was less than seventeen years at the time of his execution and because of this the deceased was suspected of having illicit relations with his paternal high court. The trial court sentenced the accused to life imprisonment, thus no trial was made to increase the sentence and in the circumstances the appeal was denied.
