Banking Companies (Recovery of Loans) Ordinance 1979 Sections 7 and 12 of the Transfer Property Act (IV of 1882), Sections 588 and 108 of the suits which were filed by the plaintiff bank for collection of house building loan. The middle lease agreement stated that in some cases a re-entry into the house under dispute, but thus the right to re-entry would not be void.
