Previously, the prior written consent of the Laser Authority in connection with the mortgage between the Defendant and the Plaintiff Bank was not invalid on account of the terms and conditions of the mortgage as the terms of the lease agreement were granted by the Defendant and the Leasing Authority. The middle lease agreement stated that in some cases a re-entry into the house under dispute, but thus the right to re-entry would not be void.
