Sections 35, 34, 33 and 28 of the Punjab Tenancy Act (XVI of 1887), Section 51, 50, 50 A & 45 Land Reforms Regulation, 1972 (MLR 115), Para 25 Special Relief Act (I of 1877), Section 8 And tenants, even land reforms, cannot file a lawsuit for possession under Section 9, the Special Relief Act, 1877 because in section 35, the Border Provincial Tenancy Act, 1951 or Section 51, the Punjab Tenancy Act, 1887. Restrictions are strictly prohibited.
