Pakistan Penal Code Sections 302 and 304, Part I praising the evidence and the deceased fought a couple of battles as a result of a land dispute which resulted in several injuries where the victim unfortunately died and the victim survived unfortunately. The circumstances came under the purview of Section 4304, Part 1, not withdrawn by the PPC prosecution and consequently the conviction of the accused was changed from Section 2302, PPC to Section 4304, Part 1, PPC. Was sentenced to eight years in prison.
