The trial court ruled in the trial of the recovery of diver's money under Section 5 of the West Pakistan Family Court Act 1964 and Schedule Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199, but the appellate court, in its previous case, appealed to the wife. In the subsequent case such an issue was not considered by the appellate court regarding the amount of Dover, its decision and decree without legal authority and without any legal effect.
