Approval of the Displaced Persons (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Act 1958 Section 10 Settlement Plan is being heard to explain to the applicant / transfer, whose Chief Settlement Commissioner was directed by the court to direct the matter. I should do a proper investigation, so that even if a compensation book is a fake, it provided ample opportunity. Settlement officials, who refused to adjust the price from the compensation book, also did not find the book at any point to confirm that the book was a fake. The fact that the Compensation Book was associated with a criminal case was not a sound basis for not adjusting the Compensation Book, especially when the findings of the allegations made by the Chief Settlement Commissioner himself were finally mentioned.
