Sindh Rented Prices Ordinance 1979 Section 11 power outage, restoration of charges for electricity used by the tenant had to be paid as per the sub-meter reading in the premises but the tenant failed to pay, resulting in the authority to the tenant. Electricity disconnected by the authority discharged by the tenant by the lessee and not by the landlord, the landlord could not be held responsible for closing or discontinuing the electrical connection because of the maintenance of electricity. No direction required under Section 11 of the Ordinance may be given to the landlord.
