The Criminal Code of Conduct (CR PC) Sections 561A Penal Code (XLV of 1860), 427 and 452, dismissed the amendment order, dismissing the Additional Sessions Judge on the ground that the district magistrate's certificate was invalid. Appeal against being denied was denied. Unapplied Additional Sessions Judge's Request for Cancellation was filed with a delay of about one year; the reasons for the trial were successful by the trial court, the certificate issued by the district magistrate. There was no prerequisite for the exercise of jurisdiction by the Additional Sessions Judge. And just because a second theory of evidence can also be taken so that it had no basis for interference in the case of acquittal, but in the application, it was faced with negligence.
