Application of unfair labor on behalf of sections 15 (1) (c) and (d), 22A and 53 employees of the Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 wherein Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) worked as a security officer. Submitted a report to the District Manager regarding mismanagement. On the basis of this report, some PIA staff members were prosecuted against the department and four inquiry officers were later dismissed on the inquiry report, one of the members of the slim staff fired. On a petition filed by the Chairman, the National Industrial Relations Commission asked Security Officers and Inquiry Officers (applicants) to report and investigate against staff members, to perform their duties legally. The Chairman, under the jurisdiction of the National Industrial Relations Commission, on the basis that the limbs against the staff were not valid or was denied due to notices and inquiries, as no action was complained of.
