ABDUL REHMAN versus MIR AHMAD KHAN
The interpretation of section 9 of section 9 of the West Pakistan General Clause Act 1956 indicates that it states that wherever an act or action is taken, on any particular day or in any court or office, by any West Pakistan Act.
