Competitors may not be registered in trade unions unless it is determined that the Registrar of Registrations, comprising one-fifth of the total number of employees employed by trade unions, has the exclusive jurisdiction to decide whether the trade union Will be eligible for registration or not much. In the constitutional jurisdiction, the court could not enter into a certificate of registration under which such a trade union had been registered. Out of legal jurisdiction and no legal conclusion, a case has been sent to the registrar, trade unions, so that after the hearing of the applicants, the respondents decide more about the registration of the trade unions.
