As is the case with a residential or non-residential section, the provisions of section 13 (5B) that provide protection to the tenant will come into effect if the reconstructed building is of the same nature and character and suitable for the same use as Section 13. (2) (vi) shall be subject to the provisions of the old building. Section 13 (5B) shall not be limited to the extent permitted and to the extent prevented by any other type of building reconstruction
