Retired from employment under section 13 (ii) Interim Constitution Order (1 of 1981), Article 13 (1) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 270 Mandatory Retirement Appellant Section 13 (ii), Pension upon completion of Civil Servers Act 1973 And the 25-year-old appellant, who qualified for retirement benefits, challenged his retirement order in appeal to the service tribunal but denied the provisions of Article 13 (1), the temporary custody order 1981 and section 13 (i). He was later sacked. 13 & ii (ii) of the Civil Servants Act 1973, Islam was declared as offensive because he did not offer notice of proceedings before the appellant did not challenge this decision before the Tribunal Supreme Court. This is how the final order made the decision. Retirement was approved by the competent authority in the ordinary course and, according to the law, the subsequent appeal against such an order was rejected for failure.
