He was later sacked. 13 & ii (ii) of the Civil Servants Act 1973, Islam was declared as offensive because he did not offer notice of proceedings before the appellant did not challenge this decision before the Tribunal Supreme Court. This is how the final order made the decision. Retirement was approved by the competent authority in the ordinary course and, according to the law, the subsequent appeal against such an order was rejected for failure.
