Section 497 Prohibition (Enforcement) Order (4 of 1979), Arts 3 and drugs worth Rs 4 lakhs were discovered by the police and the same thing was found hidden in the concrete slab which the accused planted on his wrong plant. The possibility of installation was rejected. The facts of the person or their misconduct involvement in this case further suggested that the drug was targeted not only by the accused persons for purely innocent possession or personal use, but also for sale, transportation and trafficking, etc. The circumstances which, in connection with the original and unambiguous allegations, involved the sale, transportation and smuggling of accused persons were brought not only to the scope of the provision of Article 4 but also against the accused. Orders charged without charge also fall under the purview of Section 3 of the charge. And on the basis that they were charged with unlawful crimes and could not be admitted to bail.
