The Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 38 Limitation Act (IX of 1908), Section 4, did not set the date for a copy of the appeal order to be retained even if the appellant was required to submit a copy of this order. Didn't go but it was the appellant. The error was not made because it was not demanded to submit the same date but excluding the date of application for the copy from the date the copy was originally supplied, The appeal filed within the stipulated period was not declared a time restriction.
