ZAHEER AHMAD KHAN versus ADDITIONAL DEPUTY COMMISSONER
Sections 10 and 11 of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the Homeless People (Land Settlement) Act, 1958, Article 185 (3) of the applicant's land allotment were not deemed genuine by the High Court in the constitutional jurisdiction. Arrived to find out what was considered was weighted for reasons that were not correct in the applicant's allotment because it was stated that the authority did not appear to be misleading or wrong in reaching the finding. Therefore it was correct in holding that the question whether the applicant was genuine or not, is a question of fact which Wage settlement authority already had the appropriate assessment content and therefore, was any indication of intervention by seeking leave of the High Court did not need to intervene. The appeal was denied
