Copies of the notices issued to the tenants through the publications and through the bailiff on 20 1 1987 clearly indicate that copies of sections 19 and 21 of the Sindh Tenant Premises Ordinance 1979 clearly indicate that the landlord's removal request No time can be set for filing a response by the tenant. File a written response to the removal request within 15 days of serving notice on it. The notice was issued by publication in the press on 198 1 1987, while the notice issued by the bailiff on 18 18 1987 was not allowed to pass the ex parte order to the tenant. The High Court reversed the tenant's grant of 15 days time to file a written response against the tenant on 20 1 1987, when the tenant was in complete breach of the legal action and natural justice principles authorized by the controller. Accepted Darr's appeal, dismissed judgment of rent controller and remanded case for lawful disposal
