Accordingly, the Station House Officer's report was filed against the applicants filed under Section 7 of the Ordinance, 1979. Such report was not filed by the persons to whom Kajaf was committed. Nor action by the person against the applicant under section 7, on the report filed by the police station house officer. The station was illegal and the abuse of judicial proceedings was abolished
