Rule 12 (2) and 115 of the Code of Conduct 1908 were dismissed on the basis of appeal, deception and misrepresentation on the grounds that the petitioner was not liable for the decision. Cannot challenge status approval. In addition to giving a person a verdict on the basis of fraud and misrepresentation, the Sustainable Appellate Court should have imposed a judgment on the parties, instead of dismissing the application immediately and giving the applicants an opportunity to hear the petition. I will hereby prove the allegations of fraud and misrepresentation. The court below was dissenting and an illegal order was granted in the appeal and it was remanded to the appellate court as per the law for fresh decision.
