Section 2 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) suits for the recovery of debt should have been made to the High Court, acting as a special court, to adjust the price of the mortgaged property while applying for security in respect of the applicant company. Special Court was instructed to settle the amount. The fixed price adjustment against the default security amount for the applicant company was appealed in the case of the remand order.
