CHAIRMAN, WAPDA versus UMAR BAKHSH
0XXXIII, Rr 4, 5, 6 and 7 allow the prosecuting plaintiff to stand trial without trial and to examine the evidence on the order sheet simply by examining its evidence in court. The law provided that the defendants were not inclined. The trial court justified the trial under Civil Procedure Code, 1908, without adhering to the Code of Conduct, allowing the plaintiff to stand trial as a felony.
