In the Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 Section 15 Civil Code of Conduct (v. 1908), AXLI, Rr 23 and 33, the appellant has the right to uphold the order of eviction by the Rent Controller in any case against him. The entered search will be suppressed by pressing the Shift key. Without filing a cross-objection, the provisions of O XLI, Rr 23 and 33, CPC were not applicable for proceedings in such appeal, even though the cross-objection provisions did not apply. Nevertheless, if the respondent was responsive on the first occasion, keeping the record, this was required. In any proper manner, it is intended to attack the rent controller's order on any matter against him so that the appellant has a reasonable and fair chance of presenting the submissions on his behalf at the regular hearing of the appeal.
