Banking Companies (Recovery of Loans) Ordinance 1979 Section 5 (1) and Section 6 (2) (a) [Receiving Loans by Banking Companies (Amendment Ordinance (11 of 1953))] Under Section 6, Banking Companies Special courts were formed. (Debt Recovery) Ordinance 11 of the 1983 Ordinance, 1979, the jurisdiction of the Special Courts after the removal of section 6 (a) of section 6 of the Ordinance Extension, and section (2) (a) (Article 6 of the Ordinance XIX 1979) was excluded, the Special Courts have been given the jurisdiction to hear cases which have been specifically excluded from its jurisdiction. Now the special jurisdiction has been handed over to those who were previously excluded from its jurisdiction. All other courts were excluded in connection with such cases. Thus, the civil courts had no jurisdiction to entertain and prosecute after the declaration of Ordinance 11 of 1983, for which this law came into force.
