Articles 7 and 6 of the Pakistan Pakistan Dedicated Property Ordinance 1961 (1973), Article 199 The petitioner seeking rehabilitation of the constitutional application, without obtaining the right to appeal under section 7 of the ordinance, by a notification issued by the Provincial Government. Under section 6 of the Ordinance, on the basis that the acquired property was a Shimlata village which would not fall under the provisions of the ongoing Ordinance, the exercise of jurisdiction under Article 99 of the Constitution would not only frustrate the intention of the legislature but the applicant. Will also deprive them of the appeal process. Thus, the constitutional application of the ordinance was inapplicable to the availability of other effective, effective and comprehensive treatment under section 7.
