Section 5 of the Code of Conduct (XLV of 1860), Section 302 accused was a child under the age of 16 at the time of the incident so the accused had to stand trial under the Sindh Children Act 1955, and was punished or punished illegally. As a result, the accused were set aside and the case was re-sent to the Sessions Court for fresh trial under the Sindh Children Act 1955.
