Sections 9, 193 and 178 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CRPC) Provincial Government are eligible to make room for trial of a particular accused and nominate any Sessions Judge or Additional Sessions Judge to hear those cases. Through which to describe them. In the notification / notification the intervention of the High Court was not demanded by the aforesaid Government in the transfer of cases from one jurisdiction to another and the reference to the session judge in this regard was dealt with in the said terms.
