Clause 4 of the Punjab Service Tribunals Act, 1974 (1973), Article 212 (3) of the Tribunals Act, allows applicants to appeal to other employees who are inconvenienced by the decision of the Authority regarding the delivery of development, due to the action before the Service Tribunal. Appeal was filed 12 years later. Born hope that the time-bound appeal was properly rejected by the Tribunal, no further question regarding the law of public importance, after being raised, the leave of appeal was denied.
