Constitution Pakistan 1973 Article 212 (3) Applicant's Leave to Appeal The applicant challenged his dismissal order that it was illegal because no formal inquiry was made during the court proceedings because no one in this case A merit could not be found in which the applicant made the statement. Initially, the deputy was present on the inquiry record before the Tehsildar in which he had raised the controversial deposit, but the Assistant Commissioner was left to do so as soon as he was sufficiently present with the formal inquiry. The petitioner's appeal was approved simultaneously by the following authorities. It was rightly upheld by the Tribunal's leave to appeal
