NASRULLAH versus STATE
The prosecutor's witness, who was injured in the value of the Pakistan Penal Code Sections 307/34 and 323/34, gave a detailed statement of the incident and could not do any wrong in identifying the accused who already knew about it. According to the doctor's statement, such an incident had been proved. While the nature of the injuries sustained by the injured prosecutor's witness was minor, however, another doctor said the injuries were extremely traumatic, but (there is no reason to support his opinion that Section 7-7/3/1). The convict was convicted under 5 323/34, with a reasonable reduction in PPC circumstances.
