Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 Constitutional petition, the qualification of a person who had already died, was presented as one of the respondents when the applicant represented the victim legally upon the death of such person. Against whom the petition was filed by the petitioners, in principle that a petition was filed against the person who died on the date of the institution, the court has given the deceased's heirs.
