MUHAMMAD JAFFAR versus KARACHI BAR ASSOCIATION

The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Arts 204 and 185 (3) the contempt of court Act (LXIV of 1976), Section 3/4 was unable to satisfy the applicant whether the High Court wants to proceed against it under the contempt of court Act. The applicants were directed to seek further orders from the High Court on this aspect. If the applicant was declared guilty of contempt of court, he had a way of appealing against the final order in the Supreme Court according to which his application was disposed of.
