Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 185 () The High Court did not permit an appeal where, after judicial proceedings, the opinion of the prosecution and the defense must be established on which of the two versions is correct and formed the opinion. In one way or another, the Supreme Court will not interfere in this matter unless there is an inquiry conducted by the High Court or a breach of the law or a clear violation of any principle of law.
