That was to be announced. On March 23, 1990, the Attorney General of Pakistan's Government made a statement before the Supreme Court in a review request that an ordinance was made for the implementation of the Owais and Daita provisions and is currently undergoing final scrutiny. Which should be completed in a couple of days and get the required ordinance issued on October 5, 1990. Enforcement agencies will be introduced to the Twelfth of the proposed ordinance to familiarize themselves with the new provisions and to ensure their proper implementation.
