IQBAL AHMAD versus STATE
The Pakistan Penal Code Sections 420 and 403 bank officials themselves admitted that the alleged payment to the accused was the result of his 'ignorance' and 'mistake' when the alleged payment to the accused was due to the bank itself. It was being retained and was in the custody of the bank officials themselves, so it was alleged that it could not be punished for wrongdoing, negligence or corruption of the bank officials.
