PAKISTAN versus AZHAR BROTHERS LIMITED
The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 185 The Limitation Act (IX of 1908), before the Supreme Court of Appeal for delay in section 5, applied for ratification of the delay in the High Court with a ban of 46 days, but without specifying the delay period. Without delay, the High Court dismissed the reason for filing an appeal before filing an appeal. The Supreme Court, against the sanction of the High Court, dismissed the Supreme Court because of the deliberate action of one of its officers. There was a delay in filing an appeal. Who was in league with the respondents in such a manner that neither the petitioner's delayed petition was granted nor in the absence of such ground the affidavit filed before the High Court, was supported. If taken, there was enough ground for a late condolences; the appeal was rightly dismissed based on the limitation.
