MUHAMMAD NAWAZ versus SARDAR BEGUM
The Homeless (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Act, 1958 Section 10 [as amended by the Homeless Persons (Compensation and Rehabilitation) (Amendment) Ordinance (1I of 1962)]. It was held in the petition that the High Court had failed to consider, through amending Section 10 of Act XXVIII of 1958, the amendment to Ordinance II of 1958, and that the High Court Also failed to cite this question and the authority reported in PLD 1974 SC 113; and that the High Court failed to decide the facts of the Supreme Court decision. The case reported in Eger JH Naqvi's PLD 1966 SC 512 contains a question of the nature of public importance, which requires a final determination by the Supreme Court.
